JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the shift schedules of operators, assign work to maintenance and contract supervisors in accordance with schedules and requirements, and train the team on the shop floor.
Oversee daily production activities in accordance with defined process parameters by regular conditional monitoring and help to resolve deviations like leakages, spillages, and unsafe conditions.
Meet plant production targets by keeping an eye on process parameters, yield, and quality throughout the shift. Keep the plant’s cleanliness standards high for efficient operations.
Handle emergency situations and notify the superiors for any deviation, act as an incident, and ensure the availability of raw materials and finished items by communicating with other divisions and departments such stores and
