At least 5 – 7 years of proven experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional systems projects
Experience establishing program structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage project risk throughout the project’s life; locate, record, and promote the resolution of project problems.
Key decision recommendations should be identified, and agreements should be negotiated with internal and external partners. Business experts should be asked for requirements, user stories, and use cases. Technical teams should be partnered with to create efficient workshops for technical deliverables.
Assure that business partners and teams are ready for system and process changes, especially by developing training programmes for sustaining teams.
