Degree in Engineering in Electrical
Experience: Market knowledge to frame strategy, competitor product knowledge & assessment of customer requirement to offer right solution
8-12 years of experience in any industry handling electrical equipment (Most preferable – Lighting. Switchgear / cable / LT panel will be added advantage)
At least 3 years of Key Account Role in the segment with experience in handling team/ Complex projects.
Responsibilities:
To ensure reach, extraction, and building, each segment’s or sub-mapping segment’s should be very solid. Strong funnel pipeline to support Assigned sector revenue generation Rolling projection.
should be adept in cultivating relationships with important stakeholders
Create plans to raise Share of Wallet from targeted sub-segments across all geographies.
Develop fundamental strategies for all types of industries and the Indoor Lighting segment Design Engagement programmes for Strategic accounts including various internal stake holders using HPLS (High Potential Low Share) sub segments.
