Experience:

10 – 12 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Guarantee ideal reaction for client worries for substitution deals, OE, and Exports and drive remedial activities through the Plant Quality group, R&D and Marketing group.
Handle senior client the executives collaborations, as and when required
Actually collaborate with Research and Development groups to keep up with item quality norms according to clients’ particulars and assist with presenting new item first time right.
Coordinate and support all example entries of new item and designing changes to OEM and Export market
Meet with merchants, clients, quality delegate and company staff to talk about and resolve quality issues
Visit the OE clients’ mechanical production system and distinguish issues and give input to want to remedial activities
