JOB DESCRIPTION:

By offering effective EE&R support, guidance, and query/grievance management, to operate as the single point of contact for EE&R representation in the coordinated process.

Hold policy meetings throughout the phases of onboarding, instruction, and BAU (refresher).

Ensure sufficient presence and visibility on the shop floor.

Take ownership of and leadership in all distressing areas of the floor’s reward and recognition process.

Help the floor with any duties that require EE&R support.
