Coordinate meetings, calls, and communications with both internal and external agencies Effective communication Coordinate with the Corp Comm Team to keep professional marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures, up to date. Assist the BD team with the compilation of bid documents, including coordination for notarization of documents from Notary Publics, authorization / apostilation of documents from embassies, etc.
Coordination that works effectively Communicate with the Finance department and help them track payments and invoices from vendors.
