B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical) with >9 years’ experience in Transformer design

Thorough knowledge on design system, tools and processes being used in Design of Power/Distribution Transformers

Previous experience in dealing with host factory task like GEC set up will give added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Support for problem-solving at the vendor’s end and at the workshop. Determine the urgency and seriousness of any manufacturing or quality issues, then allocate them to the team for corrective action in consultation with the host factory.
Team development: Assistance with career planning and the development of engineering team members. Developing the team through constructive coaching improves communication, competency level, and promotes desirable results and behaviours.
Further Accountabilities Work with the global engineering and technology team to define the technical design criteria that will be the norm for Hub / global initiatives.
