JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Owns the operational relationship with the customer and cultivates it for outstanding client satisfaction.
increases knowledge of the customer at the local and national levels to analyse delivery needs and contribute to the customer’s strategic business plan.
For operational and tactical concerns including the provision of all services (all functions) to the client: controls reporting, escalation, communication, and performance metrics.
oversees the implementation and monitoring of expense management while managing expense/cost goal commitments for all service delivery requirements.
