Manages definition, plan, confirmation, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) improvement. Decides engineering plan, rationale plan, and framework reenactment. Characterizes module interfaces/designs for reenactment. Performs Logic plan for joining of cell libraries, useful units and subsystems into SoC full chip plans, Register Transfer Level coding, and reenactment for SoCs. Adds to the improvement of multi-layered plans including the format of intricate incorporated circuits.
