with 05 (Five) Years’ Service in the Grade rendered Post-Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in the Pay Scale Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 5400 (Pre-Revised) Level 9 of Pay Matrix or Equivalent in the Parent Cadre; Or

with 06 (Six) Years’ Combined Regular Service in the Pay Scale Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4800 (Pre-Revised) Level 8 of Pay Matrix or Equivalent in the Parent Cadre.
