10+ years of managed services product development experience for service desk for a variety of enterprise-level customers.

15+ years of managed services delivery for global service desk. Working for a Systems Integrator, Managed Services Provider or competitive PC OEM will be given priority.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

For enterprise customers who want to outsource their infrastructure, endpoint devices, and PCs to Lenovo, create a managed service desk offering.
The offering’s scope, value proposition, marketing message, target market, route to market, cost and price models, and business cases should be determined and documented.
Develop the necessary needs (people, process, and tools) to deliver all or a portion of the solution, either internally or with a partner.
To decide on a pricing strategy and the features that will be included in the offering, conduct a competitive analysis. Recognize the current state of your offering and stay current on industry trends.
