Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration

10+ years experience in a technical project/program management role managing cross-functional projects, end-to-end implementation, and deployment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

manages the project’s execution
serves as the project’s main point of contact. Explain to stakeholders the concepts and solutions for design, installation, and operation.
conducts ongoing client reviews that cover scope, timetables, problems, solutions, threats, and stakeholder expectations.
meets with the relevant project steering group, prepares, and presents.
Ability to identify the implementation risk early, develop a mitigation plan, and drive the change in collaboration with business stakeholders, customers, IT, and support team
An extra benefit is having experience building solutions in Dynamics365 or other SaaS platform.
