holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

with two years’ service in posts in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay band-2, Rs.9300-348001 plus grade pay of Rs.4,B00l (pre-revised), Pay Matrix Level-8 (revised as per 7’CPC) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or

with three years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay band-2, Rs3300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs.4600/- (pre-revised), Pay Matrix Level-7 (revised as per 7′” CPC) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;
