Candidates should have ME/MTech in the discipline of tic’E (Microelectronics/Vl-SI/ Nanotechnology) with minimum 60%o marks or equivalent.
Desirable requirements:
The Applicants are desired to know thc basics of digital circuits, intently
devices, fabrication, characterization and roweling of emerging nanoelectronics transistor, good knowledge of SPICE simulator, MATLAB. and Verilog/ VHDL.
Upper age limit:
30 yrs
