Finance Asst Analyst

LOCATION:

Hyderabad

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Minimum of 3 years’ of progressing work experience within finance with experience in the Order to Cash function (invoicing, collections, AR reporting)

Knowledge of order management processing and customer service experience and experience in identifying and delivering process change

RESPONSIBILITY:

Document containing the governance, desk-top procedures, templates, policies, and training materials for the process design.
Check that daily intercompany invoicing activities, such as internal service pricing lists, the intercompany master, collections, cash applications, and intercompany AR reporting, adhere to process standards and policy.
approach inbound international invoices between companies, from recording the invoice through payment.
Work together to ensure that international cross charges are correctly recorded with division finance teams and overseas counterparts.
