QUALIFICATION:

Extraordinary design taste and skill

Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software (3D software knowledge is a bonus)

Strong project management and design management skills

Ability to work in a dynamic work environment; comfortable with risk and uncertainty

RESPONSIBILITY:

Take charge of a brand’s visual identity by working with the Design Director, brand teams, insights teams, and global design while overseeing other team members on the design team.
Create imaginative design concepts (scenarios, ideas), communicate them with internal and external team members, and use them to visualise the desired outcome.
Participate in research projects, effectively convert client needs into design specifications that can be put into practise, and then turn those specifications into design solutions.
enables artwork execution and production phases by driving final design suggestions, decisions, and design approval. This ensures that all project factors have been carefully considered and that the final solution will work as expected.
