JOB DESCRIPTION:

The plan and production of specialized learning content and tests for our inner and outside specialized crowds.

The Instructional Designer will uphold the learning and advancement of the Global Customer Response Team

Working intimately with Poly’s Customer Services Managers, Product, Support and Sales Engineers, and Solution Architects to figure out, catch and spread complex specialized ideas and working practices.

Guaranteeing quality, consistency and adequacy of learning content.
