with 5 (Five) years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level 10 (` 56,100 – 1,77,500) in the Pay Matrix
or equivalent; and

possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
Essential

Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering froma recognized University.

5 (Five) Years experience in a Marine or Mechanical Workshop.
