Qualification:

BE electrical or Electronics with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Utilize the CMMS to do unscheduled corrective maintenance (UCM).
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant and recurrent failures.
To increase MTBF, carry out planned maintenance actions (MM/CBM/TBM) on the equipment.
Plan and carry out Kaizens or improvement actions to increase MTBF and decrease MTTR.
Projects aimed at process and quality improvement are supported by the manufacturing team.
Maintaining a breakdown analysis by month and creating an action plan to increase MTBF are both important.
