REQUIRED SKILLS:
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E. /MBA with 6-8 years of experience in Presales and successful solution selling (IT products, platforms) and client interactions.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Collaboration with the sales team during customer calls or meetings to provide technical solutions, understanding and capturing technical requirements to define a suitable solution Analyze and evaluate the demands of the customer, then develop the necessary suggestions. Respond to consumer questions both before and after a sale. Demonstrate the product and assist with POC development. RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs should be evaluated and answered. Create SOW and Proposal presentations for sales that are suitable for both technical and business teams.
Design functional elements for bespoke projects, convey knowledge to the product team and development team, keep track of the project’s progress while it is being developed, help the developers as needed, and report on the project’s progress to the appropriate stakeholders.
