Convert monthly planning into weekly and daily planning to monitor and control production planning on a daily basis. Weekly review of the production status in relation to the dispatch plan and production target
To monitor OPE data, identify the process bottleneck based on the Maxpro+ data analysis, conduct out technical validation/revalidation with engineering team, carry out RCA, raise MOC, and execute all the steps in the plant level. Take the necessary steps. To reduce change over time, modify BCT for debottlenecking, and decontaminate equipment in accordance with process.
