Qualification:

The candidate must possess MD/ MS/ DNB or any Equivalent Degree in the concerned discipline.

The candidates having an M.Sc. degree in Medical Anatomy, Medical Physiology, Medical Bio-chemistry, Medical Pharmacology, and Medical Microbiology along with any other additional qualification as may be prescribed by NMC shall also be considered.
In the case of senior residents in super specialty disciplines, a candidate must have the qualification of DM/ M.Ch/ DNB degree in the concerned discipline.

In case of non-availability of DM/ M.Ch candidates, the MD in medicine and MS in General Surgery can be considered in medical and surgical super specialty subjects respectively.
