Should be expert in Server Hardware and OS troubleshooting with ability to resolve issues in the lowest possible time.

Experience in handling Servers across multiple OS flavours.

Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware RAID levels.

Ability to handle escalations and manage environment single handedly whenever required.

Provide RCA for Technical issues.
