Assistant Manager – WFM
5-7 yrs experience in Workforce Management.
Maintain and analyses workforce performance, lead analysis and staffing change data for continuous quality and productivity improvement.
Assist with development of performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to measure operating standards and to facilitate effective decision support!
Maintaining and analysing personnel change, lead analysis, and worker performance data can help to continuously improve quality and productivity.
Assist with the creation of performance indicators and reporting frameworks to assess operational standards and promote efficient decision-making!
Closely collaborate with the operations team to assess and enhance its delivery procedures.
Use trends and reports to forecast requirements. * Come up with ideas for process and service improvement planning. Participate in long-term planning and goal-setting.
